By using Ground Sync App you are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any rules or policies applied by any App Store provider from whose site you download the App ("Provider"). We license use of Ground Sync App to you on the basis of these Terms & Conditions. 2. App Usage and Premium Features

To use Ground Sync Services registration may be required. Ground Sync App may offer Premium features that grant you access to additional functionality. All Premium subscriptions are paid in advance and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Users who purchase subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play store are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Provider. Please contact your Provider for issues regarding payments, renewals, and refunds.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
